A man who produced cannabis has been spared jail.
Stewart Broughton admitted growing the Class B drug in Lee-on-the-Solent.
Broughton, from Elmore Avenue, Lee-on-the-Solent, was given a six-month prison sentence suspended for a year by Fareham magistrates.
The 46 year old was given a curfew ordering him not to leave his home between 8pm and 8am for three months.
Magistrates made an order for the drugs and associated equipment seized by police to be forfeited and destroyed.
