Roads ban for drink driver

Drink driver Martyn Rustell has been banned from the roads.

The 22-year-old, of Dayshes Close, Gosport, admitted driving a vehicle in Grove Road, Gosport, after drinking too much on September 24.
A test revealed his breath contained 79 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres – more than twice the legal limit of 35mg.
Rustell was fined £200 and told to pay £15 to crime victims and £85 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.

He was banned from driving for 20 months. The ban could be reduced by five months if he completes a government-approved driving course.
