Owners of a tattoo studio are counting the cost of damage inflicted by thugs who smashed the windows of their shop.
On Saturday night, the front windows and door of their shop, Inkslingers tattoo studio in Stoke Road, were smashed in with a brick which had been thrown at the windows of the studio around five times.
It is thought to have happened overnight between Saturday and Sunday. It was reported to police at about 7.20am on Sunday when a member of the public saw the shop with its windows smashed.
A spokeswoman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘Police received a report from a member of the public who had come across the shop with its window and door damaged. On arrival police discovered that the main front glass window and top half of the glass in the front door had been damaged.’
